Two basic ingredients are enough to cook a delicious dish. Simple and Easy cooking. You can cook leak pancake in two versions.
Version 1) Very crispy leek pancake like cracke
Version 2) Mixture of crispy outside and soft inside leek pancake.
Find out what is your favorite version of leak pancake.

Ingredients: handful of leek. Korean pancake powder (hot pepper)
How to make
1) Cut leek into 4cm or less
2) Crispy version 1) powder : water= 1: 1 (3 ladles each)
Crispy + soft version 2) powder: water 2/3: 1 ratio (2 ladles of powder, 3 ladles of water) and mix well.
3) Add enough oil on the pan over the medium heat
4) Add the batter and spread it over the pan
5) When the dough's white color disappears on the top and the bottom of outside turns to yellowish color, it is time to turn over it.
6) Cook the other side shortly and put on a plate.
