Korean Fried Chicken with Curry powder, milk and parsley. It is very simple and easy to make. Please try it.

Ingredients: Chicken 500g. Milk (water is ok), Curry powder, Frying powder, Dried Parsley powder, Salt, Pepper

How to make
1) Wash the chicken thoroughly and remove the water completely. (If there is water, the seasoning does not soak well.)
2) Add 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 2/3 teaspoon salt, 1 cup milk and 1 cup frying powder and mix it well.
Tip! Add 2/3 cups of milk and fried powder first, and add the remaining 1/3 cup checking the stiffness of batter.
3) Spread 2/3 cup frying powder on the plate, mix 2 teaspoons of curry powder (adjustable to taste) and dried parsley powder.
4) Put the battered chicken on # 3 and apply the friying powder evenly.
5) Fry the chicken 5 minutes (decide depends on the size of chicken) at a temperature of about 170 degrees.
6) Hold it on the tray for a while to get ride of extra oil and serve it on the plate.
