Semi-driver charged

A semi-truck driver was arraigned on the charge of Negligent Homicide; a moving violation causing death after deputies say he caused the fatal collision involving a pick-up truck, Tuesday morning on US 131. Kulwaran Singh attempted to pass another semi-truck which resulted in him hitting a pick-up truck head-on driven by William Bolin from Mancelona. Singh was given a bond of $100,000 and is currently lodged at the Wexford County Jail. David Barr Michigan News Source.
