I'm a 200HR YTT certified yoga instructor with a focus on Vinyasa and Restorative yoga and a full time client services manager in luxury fashion at Christian Louboutin. I have been practicing for 10+ years and a manager and mentor for 13 years at Louboutin. I'm newly certified as a yoga instructor (as of a few weeks!! ) and have novice experience with teaching.

*BUSINESS MISSION STATEMENT:

I have been practicing yoga at an intermediate level for the last 10+ years. After practicing at many yoga studios, Lisa at The Common Earth Company became my mentor. The space that she has created encouraged me to get certified as a yoga teacher to help continue to provide healing for the Jersey City community. While this was my inspiration, overall I have a passion for teaching, yoga, community and learning. The practice is something that the black community needs more accessibility to and with the right teacher, a deeper understanding of the many ways it can change your life by practicing on and off the mat. Through my classes, I want to provide the community with the information, tools, and space to take on the journey of healing.
