Puff Pastry Tarts, Two Ways

Homemade puff pastry savoury tarts two ways. Tomato tart with dijon mustard and confit onion tart with goats cheese.
These two tarts made with the homemade pastry from my last video show different techniques and both are absolutely delicious. I hope you like them. Here's the the recipe:Tomato tart

Puff pastry 200g / 7oz approx
Ripe plum tomatoes 4
Dijon mustard 1 tsp
Bread crumbs 1 tbsp
Salt and pepper to season
Olive oil 2 tbsp

Confit onion tart

Puff pastry 200g / 7ox approx
Medium white onions 3
Extra virgin olive oil 100ml / 1/2 cup approx
Goats cheese 60g / 2oz approx

Onion vinaigrette

Onion infused oil 100ml / 1/2 cup approx
Dijon mustard 1 tsp
Red wine vinegar 1 tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste
