What’s up, everybody? I’m Danny with The Neighbors Kitchen, and today, we’re testing a viewer-submitted idea—Sous Vide Bacon! The claim? Pre-cooking bacon this way saves time in the morning and makes cleanup easier. But does it really work?

In this video, I walk through the entire process, from vacuum-sealing the bacon to cooking it low and slow at 145°F for 20+ hours. Then, we finish it off in a hot skillet to see if it delivers crispy, delicious results with minimal effort. Could this be the new best way to prep bacon for quick breakfasts, sandwiches, and burgers?
