A few years ago, a chef from Operation Warrior Resolution—a nonprofit supporting wounded veterans and families of the fallen—asked me to create some produce selection videos for their nutrition program. The plan was for me to share tips on picking fresh produce, followed by a nutritionist's insights, and then the chef demonstrating a quick recipe.
I filmed my segments, but unfortunately, the project never came to fruition. Rather than let these videos go to waste, I’ve decided to start sharing them here. They focus on selecting basic produce items—nothing fancy, just simple, useful tips.
