The next area to explore now ugh the Construction sight/ places of business? there are like business offices and other stuff in this place so I don`t know fully what this place even is but that is the next creepy place to explore and eventually Heather comes across a bathtub in a room that causes an otherworld shift and there she meets one of my fav characters ever in this game Vincent.
