Real life NPC's

For some reason my video glitches out and I have no idea what caused it. And I ALREADY KNOW there will be at least one person that accuses me of being a shape shifter LOL Because this glitch really looks like one of those videos I'm sure we've all seen where the reporter's face distorts. Having this glitch happen in this video has shown me that not every distorted video is a shape-shifting reptilian. I can assure you I am not. I'm pretty certain I am just a plain human being. No magic. No shape shifting reptile. Just a glitch in video.
And in keeping with my promise of transparency I left it in the video.
It freaked me out when I 1st seen it I'm not gonna lie lol
