Covid Was a Pretext for Totalitarian Control

German MEP Christine Anderson has fiercely criticized government actions during the Covid pandemic, claiming it was merely a pretext to seize totalitarian control. She argued that vaccine passports were designed to lay the foundation for a digital ID system, warning that governments are no longer concerned with the will of the people.

"Our democracy, our freedom, and the rule of law—they are under attack. And governments... will not stop until they achieve their goals," Anderson declared.

She continued, "They will do whatever it takes to control the people. Because, from their perspective, democracy is a nuisance."

Anderson emphasized that governments no longer wish to be held accountable, seeking to do whatever they please without interference from the public.
