Landlord "B&E" Caught on Video: Infraction For Her

SHE, Daysis of Campus Walk Apartments in Tallahassee, is the one who has not read the lease. The policy is to fine a tenant who forbids entry for required maintenance. What she was doing wasn't justified by the lease, and I had agreement from the regional manager with the former corporate owner.

This was recorded on Tuesday, 3/18/25 in the mid 4PM hour. As for the civil lease violation, that's "Lawyer up or shut up!" Police don't care about infractions, except bankrupting non-authoritarians with tickets, and nor do the largest corporations care about such fines. Corporate landlords do what the authoritards tell them to do. The video, along with 2 other unauthorized entries, is on my FB (brian.kruse.714), assuming that my account is visible anymore. I'd have to ask someone else to verify it. As a target, however, I place everyone with whom I come in contact at needless risk.
