Executive Orders are not enough

Trump signed executive orders in an effort to protect children and women from harm. These orders are not enough, it must become law. I propose the these acts" The NO Dick Act" & "The No Pretend Act", the 1st act prohibits penises in women's/girls spaces, the 2nd act prohibits anyone under 21 from pretending to be the opposite sex via chemical and/or surgical means. They tired to pass this before but scumbag Democrats fought against it.
