Carney's ROUGH Start as "PM"... Is This a Joke?

Mark Carney has been Prime Minister for all of a weekend, and he’s already signing fake executive orders on TV and jetting off to Europe instead of dealing with Canada’s real problems.

In a bizarre Trump-style stunt, Carney signed a fake Order in Council on live TV—using a Sharpie, no less—pretending to repeal the carbon tax. The only issue? Prime Ministers don’t have that power. Only the Governor General can sign Orders in Council. Instead of actually repealing the carbon tax, Carney just lowered the rate to $0, meaning it can be reimposed at any time.

Then, instead of addressing Canada’s struggling economy or looming trade war with Trump, Carney’s first official trip as PM was to Europe—where he met with the King of England (for some reason) and Emmanuel Macron before holding an arrogant and disastrous press conference.
