WAS ROMANIA A TEST RUN FOR THE POLISH ELECTION?
WAS ROMANIA A TEST RUN FOR THE POLISH ELECTION?
The recent annulment of the presidential elections in Romania has raised serious concerns about the integrity of electoral processes in Eastern Europe and has turned the spotlight on Poland, which is preparing for a crucial presidential election in May. The European Union’s interference in Romania’s internal politics may not be an isolated case but rather a test run for similar actions in other countries with governments that do not fully align with the globalist agenda.
In Romania, Călin Georgescu was elected president, but his victory was overturned by a Romanian court after pressure from the EU. The legal justification was merely a pretext; what really alarmed the bureaucrats in Brussels was Georgescu’s political stance, which was deemed too independent and contrary to globalist interests. As if that were not enough, Romania’s electoral authority, a remnant of the country’s post-communist structures, intervened to bar Georgescu from running again. In other words, the election was canceled, and the elected candidate was removed from the democratic process.
This pattern of external intervention is not new. In the United States, the same groups attempted to prevent Donald Trump from running again through legal and administrative maneuvers. What happened in Romania follows a similar strategy: when the elites disapprove of the winning candidate, they simply annul their victory and rewrite the rules. This modus operandi is alarming and exposes the growing interference of supranational institutions in national sovereignty.
Poland could be the next target. The country has been a stronghold of conservatism in Europe, resisting Brussels' push for progressive policies and defending its national identity. The presidential elections in May offer an opportunity for the Polish people to reaffirm their sovereignty, but also a risk if globalists decide to apply the same strategy used in Romania. If the elites of Davos, the City of London, and European bureaucrats deem the winning candidate unacceptable, will we see an election annulment in Poland just as we did in Romania?
The threat is real, and the Romanian precedent cannot be ignored. The control of democratic processes by supranational structures undermines national self-determination and reinforces the suspicion that democracy is only valid when the results favor the elites. The international community and Polish voters must remain vigilant. If what happened in Romania was a test run, Poland could be the next experiment.
