Federalism & The Kansas Constitution Revisited

Host of "Verity Seeker", Mark Powls revisits his very first podcast after running for the office of Kansas House Representative District 5 in the midst of 2020. What he learned throughout that campaign was that not only was he not able to get his strict constitutional construction platform out to the voters but those he did meet face to face, or online didn't know anything about their Kansas Constitution or simply didn't care to know. His very first Verity Seeker Podcast deals with nature's laws, natural rights, absolutes, the proper relationship between the States and the U.S. general government and the power of nullification of unconstitutional decrees or laws. According to Mark, it is one of the most informative podcasts he's done and what he explains is as true and relative to today as it was in August of 2020 after losing in the Republican Primary likely due to what was going on at that time to disrupt the democratic process in State and Federal elections.
