Heathrow Airport resumes operations after power outage

London's Heathrow Airport is now fully operational after a power outage stopped flights at one of the world's busiest airports. A fire at an electrical substation cut power to the airport for most of the day on Friday, causing widespread cancellations. More than 200,000 passengers on at least 1,300 flights were affected.
