Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children

A big busy movie that I enjoyed despite being stuffed with world building, backstory, detail and exposition. From what I've read book readers felt the movie had too many unnecessary changes. It seems Tim Burton was more interested in using the material to advance his own style rather than truly bring the book's world to life. Making for an experience better for people unfamiliar with the novels.

As a 3D movie it is exceptionally good. Something well worth seeking out.
