Recas Castle Riesling Wine Tasting

So I did the tasting for this video because there's no good way to get the rest of the Thai peanut sauce out of the bottle with it being so small, right? And I did cook the shrimp with about a standard glass with this wine, right? I went to eat my dinner, finished eating my dinner...the empty wine glass was still sitting by the wok! I FORGOT TO HAVE THE WINE I OPENED JUST FOR THIS DINNER! I decided in order to not waste it to at least have a glass while doing the dishes...didn't even drink the full glass...go me! Basically wasted almost half a bottle of wine! And as I'm typing it's still in the fridge (I should really see if it's still good in an attempt to salvage it for something! What that something is I have no idea yet!). At least I kept my drinking to a minimum! Just not in the way I had imagined. Make sure to leave a like and follow the channel for mostly cooking videos these days; I got an idea cooking (lol) but need to go food shopping soon in order to get a couple of other ingredients in order to make it happen!
