Join Chef Christine in this live baking session as she shows you how to make the perfect bagels and brownies. Bake along with her and learn some delicious new recipes!
Bagels

113 g starter
236g water
42 g honey
560g flour (white)
10 g salt

Mix on low for 15 minutes . Cover and let rise overnight (10-12 hours)

Divide into 8 equal portions

Roll into bagel shapes whichever method you prefer

Rise until puffy on a non stick foil

Boil for 1 minute flipping over half way through.

Bake 450 for 20 minutes or until golden brown

*To add seed sprinkle while still wet after boiling

Brownies

1 bag Hershey's Special Dark
1 stick butter
melted together

stir until completely blended
add
1c sugar
4 eggs
1t vanilla extract
1 1/2 c flour

Bake at 350 until small cracks appear on top . Cover if the center remains too gooey.
