The Transient

Cannabis use played a significant role in the original writing that inspired this song. It is a riddle. The Transient character in this story is a personified representation of something that is not a material object or a form of energy yet, certainly does exist. Clues to exactly who (or what) the Transient is, are woven throughout every verse in the song. It took me more 20 years to figure it out, after I wrote the original riddle so, this challenge is not for dummies. Once you see it, you can never un-see it.
