He describes Jiu-Jitsu as a form of meditation in motion and believes that this sport is suitable for everyone. According to Ivanka, her husband, Jared Kushner, and their sons, Joseph and Theodore, are also practicing Jiu-Jitsu, and it has become a family activity for them
