Harmonic Balancer Wobble 350 V-8 79 Firebird Trans Am

This Vintage Firebird Trans Am has a Chevy 350 installed. There is a wobble in the harmonic balancer. I checked torque on 3 bolts around parameter and set to 30 ft lbs and set center to 50 ft lbs. This helped but the wobble still exists.
