This is the strength training plan I have been using for about one year now. Sylvester Stallone has always been my #1 fitness role model since childhood, as well as a big inspiration to me in many other ways. I believe the year 1985 is when he reached his physical pinnacle – this is when he released Rambo 2, Rocky 4 & Cobra.
Bigger is not always better, mass & size have never been my top priority in fitness.
