I have a sugar addiction that I am trying to control.

I struggle with sugar, and have for most of my life. In an effort to get better, I am trying to stop soda, but only lasted 100 days this go around. My hope is by seeing my struggles, it will help you feel more comfortable in confronting your demons. Sugar addiction is very real with real consequences, and it is often overlooked. Just know that you are not alone in this fight. In this video, we look at what sugar addiction looks like and hopefully learn to support one another.
