Assemble a Team: Part 2:
After a reunion in the colony of Horizon, the Illusive Man forwards Shepard three more dossiers to complete Shepard's team of ever-talented specialists to prepare for taking on the Collectors.

Illium:

Side Mission: Medical Scans: hepard investigates a salarian doctor accused of using his medical tests to exploit asari clients. The choice is to expose the scientist’s unethical practices or let him continue his work for potential medical advancements.

Lair of the Shadow Broker Part 1: Shepard visits Liara T’Soni’s apartment on Illium, finding it ransacked and Liara missing. Inside, a wounded asari Spectre, Tela Vasir, claims she was investigating an attack and suggests Liara was targeted due to her work against the Shadow Broker. Teaming up to track Liara, they head to the Azure Hotel, where Shepard discovers Vasir is actually working for the Broker. When Vasir tries to escape with valuable data, Shepard pursues her in a high-speed skycar chase, crashing into her vehicle at the hotel. A brutal battle ensues, and despite Vasir’s powerful biotics and combat skills, Shepard ultimately defeats her.

Lair of the Shadow Broker Part 2: Liara T’Soni enlists Shepard’s help to track down the Shadow Broker and rescue her kidnapped associate, Feron. Shepard and Liara storm the Broker’s base after a high-speed chase through Illium’s skies. The mission leads them to the massive ship serving as the Broker’s headquarters, where they face heavily armed mercenaries and eventually the Broker himself—a hulking yahg with incredible strength. After a difficult battle, Shepard and Liara defeat him, and Liara assumes control of the Shadow Broker’s vast intelligence network. The base becomes a major resource, providing access to valuable dossiers and intel. Back on the Normandy, Shepard and Liara romantically share a quiet, intimate moment in Shepard’s quarters, reaffirming their bond.

Citadel:

Loyalty Mission: Garrus: Eye for an Eye: Garrus seeks revenge on Sidonis, a former ally who betrayed his team, leading to their deaths. Shepard and Garrus track Sidonis to the Citadel, where Shepard can either help Garrus kill him or talk Garrus down. If Shepard intervenes, Sidonis reveals his remorse, but if Garrus takes the shot, he executes him without hesitation, cementing his commitment to vengeance.

Collector Ship:

Illusive Man Summons: After receiving intel from the Illusive Man, Shepard and the crew board an abandoned Collector ship, supposedly a crucial opportunity to gather intelligence on their enemy. The team explores the eerie, silent corridors, discovering that the Collectors are actually transformed Protheans, enslaved by the Reapers. They also uncover data revealing that humans are being targeted due to their genetic diversity, making them valuable for the Reapers’ plans.

The Set Up: As Shepard investigates further, EDI suddenly warns that the ship is actually a trap set by the Collectors. The team is ambushed by swarms of Seekers, disabling their weapons and forcing them to fight their way out. A brutal battle ensues, culminating in a showdown against a massive Collector drone. After a desperate struggle, Shepard and the squad manage to escape just as the ship self-destructs.

Confrontation: Back on the Normandy, Shepard confronts the Illusive Man about the setup, suspecting he knowingly sent them into the trap. While tensions rise, the collected data provides a crucial lead—the location of the Omega-4 Relay, the key to the Collectors’ hidden base.
