This past FRIDAY on the 22nd of March 2025, I worked out on "BOB" ( THE TRAINING DUMMY ) built by CENTURY MARTIAL ARTS a little and I hope you enjoy this CLOSE QUARTERS uppercut when you find YOURSELF in situation when you need to CREATE a little more ROOM to apply other COUNTER attacks when you find yourself in a SELF DEFENSE situation !!!

SEMI-Private lessons are on Friday Nights at 7:00p.m. , in Keller, Texas.
