In Loving Memory of Sarah – From Ostrich to Angel
This tribute video was created to honour the life and legacy of Sarah, one of Universal Ostrich Farm’s beloved elder hens, senselessly taken by an act of violence. On a cold night, March 21, 2025, a sniper’s bullet ended her life, but not her story.

Through her antibodies, Sarah offered hope to humanity. She was a quiet healer, a symbol of nature’s intelligence, and a warrior in feathers. This original song, “Feathers of Resistance (Sarah’s Song),” was written to share her voice, her sacrifice, and the growing injustice she and all of the other ostriches at Universal Ostrich Farm face.

From standing tall against cold-hearted enforcement tactics to becoming a guardian angel watching over her flock, this video carries a message that must not be forgotten.
