Taz-Mania [Sega] (Commentary)

For this episode, I play the Sega version of Taz-Mania. If you remember The Looney Tunes, you certainly will remember Taz, as that is the character you play as. He'll ingest anything; spiders, raw meat, canteens, things that humans should not ingest. Watch out, he might ingest you alive if you pester him. The mine cart and the second river stages are the ones that gave me the most issues in this game. The mine cart stage does not give you a lot of time to react to what's ahead of you, causing you to crash into obstacles, or you may accidentally raise your cart into the ceiling, which all of the dangers mentioned would cost you your lives. As for the second river stage, the river is wider and when you get to the second half of that stage, logs take you backwards, having to rely on leap of faith where you either land on flat rocks that spawn baby crocodiles or you end up in the water, costing you your health. I had no choice but to keep leaping on water until I land in the exit. It's a pain in the ass. After that, things settled down. I was happy about not having to use any continues. Not as hard as Batman Returns (SNES version), but there are worse games out there (not to say that Batman Returns or this game here are bad because they're not).
