The Hidden Hand Behind the Covid Response: NSC & the Military | Debbie Lerman & Sasha Latypova

Former pharma executive Sasha Latypova and investigative researcher Debbie Lerman recently published “The COVID Dossier: A Record of Military & Intelligence Coordination of the Global COVID Event.”

The dossier is the fruit of three years of intensive research into who was in charge during the Covid-19 pandemic across various countries and how those in control walked in lockstep regarding the countermeasures they chose.

Contrary to what many Americans believe, it was not the HHS that was in control of the Covid response but the National Security Council. And it was not the HHS but the Department of Defense that contracted with Pfizer, Moderna and AstraZeneca for hundreds of millions of mRNA Covid shots.

Debbie Lerman discovered that the National Security Council had requested the existing Pandemic Action Plan to be changed: the adapted plan put the NSC in control of America’s public health response to the Covid-19 virus.

In the first part of this two part interview, Lerman and Latypova expose the legal and regulatory framework in the United States that was put in place to allow the development of unregulated mRNA ‘manufacturing prototypes’ and their subsequent camouflage as life saving vaccines.
