Its no secret that I am a massive fan of the Porsche Panamera platform, an altogether phenomenally capable all round performance supersaloon. And in this even more widely appealing 971 generation redesign which does away with some of the first generation's walrus esque styling, the overall strength of the model should strike even more fear into its rivals than ever.

But, without the expected lettering of 'GTS' or 'Turbo' scrawled across its backside, can this more forward thinking E Hybrid model still deliver on the strengths of its brethren without sacrificing its fantastic four door supercar abilities?
