Cloud seeding, geo engineering, aka chemtrails

Just some clips of the past year, the geo engineering projects taking place are part of what I suspect is a depopulation effort, they dump heavy metals on us, this has been proven for years, they dump radioactive particles on us, also proven, biological agents, have you been having problems in your home garden? They are violating the clean air and water act that we are federally protected under, but yet somehow under the Biden administration they quietly pushed new legislation to allow free reign to get rid of their toxic materials by dumping them on us instead of paying to properly dispose of the stuff.
