Mackinac Bridge work resumes

A joint replacement repaving project resumed Monday on the Mackinac Bridge. Portions of the bridge’s north viaduct and approach truss spans are expected to be repaved as well as the southbound lanes of the north viaduct. The southbound side of the bridge will be closed. One lane will be open in each direction on the northbound side of the bridge. The goal is to have all lanes of the bridge re-opened before Memorial Day weekend. David Barr Michigan News Source.
