ADDENDUM: Shortly after posting the last video I was promptly made aware of the rules regarding filming permits, insurance bonds, fees, public notifications, etc. In the interest of avoiding legal action I agreed to pull the video from public view until these formalities were addressed.

Given that I’m more familiar with high voltage systems than complex bureaucracies, I thought the best option would be to simply repeat these tests at another location without these restrictions.
