Sexual harassment at work and the strategies to fight it

The trial of French actor Gerard Depardieu has opened today in Paris. He has been accused of sexually assaulting two women on a movie set. FRANCE 24's Mark Owen speaks to Natacha Henry, an expert on gender-based violence and an international consultant for the Council of Europe, about the strategies that can be adopted to speak up against sexual harassment in the workplace and how the law in France has been changed to protect victims.
