While Ukrainian and Russian delegations are in Saudi Arabia for ceasefire talks with US diplomats, there’s no letup in the deadly fighting on the ground. Russian troops have advanced in recent months in southeastern Ukraine, edging closer for the very first time to settlements in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
