Mastectochism/Testosterone Troubles/Gendered Offenders: The Story of a Bad, Sad, Dad Named Chad

I learned of this story through Andy Ngo @mrandyngo's excellent reporting on X. A woman gets put on testosterone and begins complaining about severe pain in her abdomen. Her doctors remover her breasts, completely botching it, and discover that she also has cancer on her ovary. She gets the cancer removed and ends up in diapers. Later, she beats the hell out of her girlfriend, then defends herself by saying she likes it rough. She still fantasizes about ending it all despite two children apparently born via surrogacy.
