Final Fantasy VII Part 1 - First Mission

Released in 1997 for the PlayStation, Final Fantasy VII is a legendary RPG by Square (now Square Enix). The story follows Cloud Strife, a former soldier-turned-mercenary who joins an eco-terrorist group called AVALANCHE to fight the corrupt Shinra Electric Power Company, which is draining the planet’s life force, Mako energy.

As Cloud and his allies—such as Tifa Lockhart, Barret Wallace, Aerith Gainsborough, and others—battle Shinra, they uncover a deeper threat: Sephiroth, a powerful former SOLDIER who seeks to use the Black Materia to summon Meteor and destroy the world.

The game takes players across a vast world, from the dystopian city of Midgar to sprawling open landscapes, uncovering secrets about Cloud’s past, the mysterious Jenova, and the true origins of Sephiroth. The emotional story, turn-based combat, and Materia system made it one of the most influential RPGs of all time.
