A scientist, Jonathan Meridith, conducts an ambitious experiment by creating a miniature replica of an alien planet, Wolf 359, inside a laboratory. As the artificial world rapidly evolves, strange and unsettling life forms begin to emerge, developing at an accelerated rate. However, when the experiment takes an unexpected and dangerous turn, Meridith and his team must confront the consequences of playing god.
