Prayer and fasting and scripture study are effective against Satan

Jesus fasted before Satan tempted Him and He overcame each temptation with scripture

Prayer, fasting and scripture study are the best defenses and even weapons against Satan. Jesus after he fasted overcame with scripture. I am resolving to eat only once a day. I have been eating twice.
