Briefing with the Chief - Authorizing Assaults on Cops in Chicago

A recent effort in the Illinois State Legislature essentially called for decriminalizing assaults on Police Officers by mentally ill assailants. However, if those very same assailants assaulted Fire Fighters or other Healthcare workers, they could be criminally charged!
