Two Mexican Nationals have been Arrested after Molesting and Raping a Child on board a Cruise Ship in Miami

• In a shocking and depraved act, the two men, Jose Prudencio Diaz (36) and Ricardo Daniel Mondragon Leal (37), followed the young boy into a sauna and began masturbating in front of the minor.

• At one point, the report said, Diaz and Leal began to touch the victim and forced the victim to touch them. Leal then forced the victim to perform a sex act on him and molested the victim, the report said.

• Both Diaz and Leal are Mexican nationals and have immigration holds placed on them by ICE (U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement), indicating they are in the U.S. illegally.
