6. Create a new Existing Municipal Facilities Maintenance/ Construction Committee (MFMC) which will
consist of 11 members and will expire in 2030. Appoint; Bruce Kullgren, Amy Cabana, David Rosen, Matt
Cabana, Jim Kingston, Clay Lennartz, Steve Andersen, Elizabeth Welch, Dan Cournoyer and Elizabeth
Maxcy-Humphrey and Allan Pickman to this committee.
7. Appoint Beth Preston to the School Study Committee term?
8. Appoint Rob Kenney to the CIP Committee term 3 years. Reappoint Andrew Paul CIP for a 3-yr term.
9. Appoint Cathy Joly alternate Library trustee and re-appoint Camilla Lockwood alternate Library trustee both
1yr term.
10. Accept resignations: Tim Fiske Town Hall committee, Peggy Cournoyer Historic District, Carol Mamczak,
Vivian Wills, Gail Cromwell – School study Committee, Jessica Hipp CAC.
11. Treasurer training 10 hrs @ $30 per hour
12. Town Hall fee waiver – Priscilla Weston
13. Sign approval letter for new deputy town clerk (Cathy Joly), appointed by Stacey
14. Review & Approve Yield tax warrant and certification – Willard – NH Rt 45
