Does The Bible Prove Carbon Dating Is Not Crazy?

The day for day biblical principle says the earth is 6,000 years old. Other biblical calculations put it between 6,000 and 10,000 years. Carbon dating says it is 4 billion years old. Is it possible that these theories are closer than we think?
