Welcome back to my channel. Today, I’ll show you how I make my Cajun Shrimp and rice. This is a very easy-to-follow recipe with simple ingredients.

INGREDIENTS: (Season Shrimp)
1 lb shrimp
1-2 tbsp smoked paprika (can use regular paprika)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning (thyme, basil, oregano)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

USE HALF OF THIS SEASONING BLEND FOR SEASONING SHRIMP.
IF YOU HAVE PREPACKAGED CAJUN SEASONING USE 1-2 tbsp

OTHER INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp tomato paste
3 cups parboiled brown rice
2-3 cups chicken broth
Cajun seasoning blend (leftover from shrimp)
Salt to taste
1 tsp black pepper
2-3 tbsp bell peppers
2-3 tbsp green onion
1/2 onion sliced
4-5 cloves garlic, diced
1 bayleaf
