After a reunion in the colony of Horizon, the Illusive Man forwards Shepard three more dossiers to complete Shepard's team of ever-talented specialists to prepare for taking on the Collectors.

Tuchanka:

Loyalty Mission: Mordin: Old Blood: Mordin learns that his former student, Maelon, has been captured by a radical krogan clan experimenting on females to reverse the genophage. Shepard and Mordin infiltrate the base, discovering that Maelon willingly participated in cruel experiments. After a moral debate, Shepard keeps Maelon's research, while Mordin ultimately decides Maelon’s fate, securing his loyalty.

Side Mission: Missing Scout: Shepard helps Urdnot Wreav locate a missing scout, who has been trapped by wild varren. After defeating the creatures, the scout is safely returned to the clan.

Side Mission: Combustion Manifold: Shepard retrieves a combustion manifold from a wrecked vehicle to help Urdnot mechanics repair their machinery.

Pragia:

Loyalty Mission: Jack: Subject Zero: Jack revisits the abandoned Cerberus facility where she was tortured as a child. Fighting through security mechs and painful memories, she destroys the facility in an explosive finale. This confrontation with her past strengthens her trust in Shepard.

The Migrant Fleet:

Loyalty Mission: Tali: Treason: Tali is accused of treason for allegedly sending her father classified geth data. Shepard defends her in a trial before the Admiralty Board. After uncovering the truth—her father was conducting reckless experiments on geth and died for it—Shepard convinces the board to clear Tali’s name, strengthening her loyalty.

Zorya:

Loyalty Mission: Zaeed: The Price of Revenge: Zaeed hunts down Vido Santiago, the man who betrayed him years ago. During the mission, Vido traps civilians in a burning refinery. Shepard must choose between saving the workers or pursuing Vido. In the end, Zaeed gets his revenge and Shepard secures his loyalty.

Zeona:

Project Firewalker: MSV Rosalie: Shepard investigates the crash site of the MSV Rosalie, a lost Cerberus science vessel. While searching for survivors, they recover critical research data and encounter hostile geth forces.
