Amairani, 4 years old w/ Speech Delay Child goes to a Chiropractor

Four-year-old Amairani came to me with significant speech delay. Her parents had been deeply concerned about her development and had enrolled her in speech therapy for eight months, hoping to see progress. However, despite their efforts, there had been zero improvement. Her struggle with speech was not an isolated issue—since infancy, Amairani had faced numerous challenges.

From the very beginning, she had difficulty regulating her body. She was a spitting baby, experienced seizures at an early age, and had severe trouble sleeping. As she grew, her parents noticed additional concerns beyond her speech delay, including memory loss and anger issues. She often became frustrated, especially with her sister, and would resort to aggression, hitting when she couldn’t communicate her needs or emotions effectively.

However, in just four days, Amairani underwent a dramatic transformation. Her aggression toward her sister diminished significantly—where she once lashed out physically, she now made an effort to resolve conflicts through conversation. Instead of hitting, she attempted to express herself with words, showing an incredible shift in emotional regulation and communication skills.

Her speech also showed remarkable improvement. She began speaking much more clearly, making a noticeable effort to pronounce words correctly and engage more in conversations. It was as if a barrier had been lifted, allowing her to find her voice. Even more astonishing was the change in her memory—her ability to recall information had doubled in just four days. She could remember names, events, and experiences with far greater clarity than before.

Amairani’s rapid progress was nothing short of extraordinary. After months of stagnation, she had made more gains in just four days than she had in nearly a year of therapy. Her family was overjoyed, witnessing their little girl transform before their eyes—no longer frustrated and aggressive, but calm, communicative, and thriving. This breakthrough marked a turning point, paving the way for even greater growth and development ahead.
