I restored the New Koga! The one I found previously had its ending slightly edited where the music got changed. I actually got both versions of the new version. The first one was released at his old site kogason .com on 4/12/2001. Then, the site shut down, and Koga migrated to a new site called kogasan .cjb .net. He reuploaded Koga there on July 23, 2001, added a new banner file, and edited the readme so that the link at the bottom pointed to his new homepage. I found this other New Koga reuploaded at Kingpin's old site. This one didn't have its ending edited, but the def file got edited. With both slight edited Kogas, and with many file dates matching, I was able to restore both to their original form. In this battle, Koga by Koga fights Shurian by lord exorcist and bacteria.
3/27/2025: Oops, fixed incorrect info. He reuploaded New Koga at kogasan .cjb .net.
