After I discovered this recipe, I make this for breakfast almost everyday!

Crack 3 eggs in a bowl
Add salt and black pepper
Paprika
Mix well
Add 1/4 onion
1/2 chopped tomato
Mix well
Medium-low heat
1tbsp unsalted butter
Pour the egg mixture into the pan
2 slices of bread
Dip one side in the egg mixture and flip over
Flip over
Fold in the edges
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top
1 slice of ham
1 slice of cheddar cheese
Fold in half
Done!
So easy and delicious!
