Respect Every Dollar: The Responsibility of Campaign Donations

Every dollar donated is a brick of responsibility. People sacrifice vacations, subscriptions, even their kids’ activities to support a cause they believe in. Campaigns owe them honesty, transparency, and gratitude.

Taking hard-earned donor money and paying yourself a hefty salary may be legal, but that doesn’t make it right. If you told donors upfront, fine. But if you stayed silent and took their money for yourself, you shouldn’t be running for office. That’s shady.
