SCOTUS upholds federal regulations, background checks mandatory for ghost guns

Background checks will still be mandatory for ghost guns. The Supreme Court upheld federal regulations on Wednesday that require ghost gun makers to include serial numbers on the kits and run background checks on those who buy them.
